HAIR & HEAD MASSAGE
This calming treatment begins with a relaxing hair wash followed by a slow, 20 minute head massage to ease mental tension and soothe the nervous system.
you'll finish with either a bespoke haircut or a blow dry.
REFLEXOLOGY
A calming, holistic treatment using pressure on specific points of the feet to support the whole body - from emotional release and digestion balance to better sleep and reduced anxiety.
MASSAGE
